Webinars are free to attend and will help you better utilize your HigherGear CRM! To attend a webinar please follow the below instructions:
For additional information about attending OneCommand's HigherGear CRM webinar series, please visit http://support.gotomeeting.com/. Additional information can be found in the GoToWebinar documents under the Documents section.
- Start by clicking on 'Click to Register' button and complete your online registration. (NOTE: This must be done at least 24 hours before the start of the webinar.)
- We'll send you a confirmation email within 24 hours. This email will contain a direct link to access your selected webinar, along with a dial-in number and unique phone pass code. (NOTE: These emails come from our webinar provider GoToWebinar (Citrixonline).)
- If you do not receive this confirmation email, please call our HigherGear Client Support Team at 847.843.6800.
- Please login to your selected webinar 15 minutes before the designated start time.
- To ensure our webinars run smoothly, we automatically mute all participants. However if you'd like to speak and/or ask questions, you will need to enter an audio pin, which is shown to you after connecting to the webinar. This will prompt the webinar organizer to unmute you.
